Prices

Reservations for more than 1 week:

• – 5 % over the 2nd week
• – 10 % over the 3rd week

Included in the price:

• linen & gas, water, electricity are included

Not included in the price:

• Towels (available if you wish for 5 € p.p.)
• Tourist tax
• Cleaning fee  50 € per gîte (but no cleaning fee if you choose to do the final cleaning yourself)

Further details:

• The rental of our gîtes runs from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
• From the beginning of July to the end of August the gîtes are rented from Saturday to Saturday with a one week minimum.
• From the beginning of September to the end of June we have a minimum stay of 4 nights, other arrival days are possible. Please contact us for further details.
• Pets are not allowed.

How to reserve – Contact

• If you wish to reserve: send us an e-mail with your data, the number of people and the dates. We will send you the booking data
• To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of half of the total rent on to our bank account at ING Bank in the Netherlands.
• As soon as the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation.
• The remainder of the amount of the rent as well as the taxes are payable on arrival.
• To insure your deposit, we recommend to take out a cancellation insurance (in your travel insurance or with Gites.nl).
